Thank you for visiting us here at HH Log Sales. Our Sales Manager, Glenn Perrin, has been a general contractor, building houses, since 1972. In 1982 he started building log homes as a part of his business. He joined Honest Abe Log Homes as a dealer for the Southern IL and St. Louis area in 1998. During the past 35 years, he has built over 250 custom homes thru various stages, along with over 500 foundations and basements.
Our goal is to help you build your dream home, and we are committed to making sure that it is built the way you want it.
As part of the comprehensive services provided by HH Log Sales, consultation is available on various issues including, but not limited to, help with permits, design, and financing; site visits; finding appropriate subcontractors for all phases of construction; and supplying the materials necessary to finish your new home.
HH Log Sales, LLC is also a supplier and installer of NUDURA basements and foundations.

HH Log Sales - Basements
Foundations and basements are one of the most important part in building any house. Without a proper foundation, carpenters have to make adjustments. If you are doing a foundation or basement for a Modular home, Pre-cut, or Log Home package, it needs to be accurate in every respect. Within 2 years of starting his general contracting business, Glenn was doing all of his own foundation and basement work.
Although we do conventional foundations (block or poured concrete walls) and basements (poured walls), we recommend the NUDURA system for the these reasons:

The advantage of Insulated Concrete Forms are numerous. Properly installed, an ICF wall will eliminate mold and allergy problems.
